So far I have had 3 issues dealt with in a very positive manner either by my dealer and/or Hyundai.

1. Rev limit issue which happened 3 times has been resolved by the dealer and Hyundai working together to find an answer which centred around the fuel filter unit.  Fuel Filer unit was replaced and problem has not reoccured.

2. Requested another remote key fob through the dealer and it was available at the first service after the request (2 weeks).

3.  I found paint chipped from the top points (both sides) of the bumper.  I suspect this had happened when the towbar was fittted prior to delivery.  This was hardly noticable unless it was pointed out. Dealer took the car to a paint shop and had the area repaired.  I expected them merely to touch it up, but it looks as though they sprayed it - looks as good as new.

In addition to this, the detailing of the car by the dealer after the service (interim 7 500k) was first class.

Dazz,

More, unfortunately.  The labour was $110.  They did a lot more than just drop the oil and change the filter.  The oil must be made of gold at $84(Valvoline 5w-40).  Total $248.
