Title: TCR Coming to Australia in 2019
Post by: Surferdude on July 01, 2018, 10:16:49
I'm naturally suspicious about "new" categories coming to Oz but this one will hopefully give us an option to see Hyundai i30N in action.
The reason for my scepticism dates back to the 2 litre touring cars which, whilst big and exciting in the UK and Europe, never really got going in Australia.
However, the market here has much more orientation towards smaller cars than it did back then.
So, here's hoping.

I remember when they included the 4cyl turbos in our Supercar class, disappointing it didn't last long, the 4's were to quick for the 8's so they banned em :disapp:

The European TCR is good to watch on you tube. Hopefully it will take off here.  :goodjob:
