Title: G'day from Melbourne
Post by: FixedR6 on March 13, 2010, 07:08:30
G'day all,

Just put a deposit down on a white i30cw slx CRDi, largely due to the positive discussion about the car on this forum (the warranty and reviews helped).

Estimated arrival is mid-May, look forward to joining in.

Where's the best place to start looking at after-market accessories?

Cheers,
David

Welcome David.. you went for the pick of the litter (in my opinion) although there are no runts...

Thanks guys,

It wasn't me that was broken (although some would disagree) so much as motorbike, after I sent it down the road a few times

Thank's for the tip 2i30's, I'll check it out

Cheers,
David

Welcome FixedR6 from a fellow Yamaha rider.

My i30 CRDi is more economical then my Yam but dare say not quite so much fun

Thanks very much guys,

Cheers for the link Moxey, I'll have a poke around and see if anywhere over this side of the lake has similar stuff.

My i30 CRDi is more economical then my Yam but dare say not quite so much fun

Perhaps not as much fun, but far less likely to result in my license being suspended for speeding ... again

Know exactly what you mean Moxey; on two wheels I was a bit of a bastard. A very fast bastard - hence the license suspension

Still have one, wouldn't sell it for love nor money, but I'm in my 30's now and priorities change
