Hi,
I have a 2013 i30 PD and its stock headunit runs WinCE.
I've read this new USB dongle, that plugs in to the USB of your headunit which turns it to Android Auto/Carplay system.
Also know as "Carlinkit" USB dongle (google it).
Has anyone here tried or heard this product?
Cheers,
Jay

Yes, that's what I have in mind.
The youtube video runs on Android (which is an easy APK install of the Carlinkit app)
The head-unit GD that I have runs on Wince 6.0
I found this link where in you can download this app AutoPlayBox.exe for Wince head-units but I don't know how to install them.

Has anyone done this successfully on Wince head-unit?
Thanks in advance,
Jay

This might be the way to do it.

Or free using naviextras :link: MyBoot - Install additional software on your Windows CE and Windows mobile based GPS systems and smartphones (https://maplorer.com/myboot.html)
Haven't done this. I'm very interested and started googling.
Let's try and come up with a system together. We're only 5 minutes drive away
EDIT: don't do the above.
I took a backup of my cars navigation system, added my boot, and restored. it killed my navigation, no biggie as i wasn't using it, but now I need to find a way to restore it without having access to the navigation menu
