Hello. Does anyone try to install central lock on his car. Not genuine but some cheap aftermarket? Maybe guys you got some central locking schematic? regards
-
Welcome. Is yours a series 1 (FD) or series 2 (GD) as 2012 was a transition year.
All Australian delivered i30's ( even FD) had central locking as standard. You car is probably from the Czech factory but even most of them would have been delivered with central locking. I can't recall anyone mentioning this add on, but fingers crossed.

Hello. Thanks for answer. This car is II generation. It has central locking but its not with key remote. I want to install universal remote central locking box.

I had an Aussie brand (Rhino) remote added to my 1998 pulsar by a car security expert and it wasn't very expensive and worked well. I would just talk to a few respected local auto electricians for quotes.

I used to design, build, sell and install my own central locking design. Based on a 300m range rolling code UHF remote TX RX pair, as used for garage doors, it activated in parallel with the interior central locking switch.
Easy peasy, probably $12 with eBay parts.
