Hi there, just wondering if anyone has experienced this with a recent software update. I took my 2019 nline for the 1500km check & once they did the software update, a blotch now appears on my media screen. I took it back & they had a look, told me it was nothing they have encountered before. They did the update on another nline they had & same thing happened, blotch on media screen but a different spot. It only shows up when on media. Maps, radio, contacts and all other screens are clear. It has been referred back to Hyundai as they said at this stage there is no fix.. 😞 Has anyone heard of this, had it happen or can explain why?? Thanks guys

Looks like bleeding pixels but that's impossible if only on one screen, obviously a software issue which will take time until Hyundai receive enough reports to get a fix pushed out.
Your dealer has now seen the same thing happen on two vehicles with the same software so hopefully they report the issue promptly :Good_luck:

Thanks for the reply. Hopefully it's corrected asap! I'll keep on their back that's for sure. 🤞🤞

Welcome Sonia. Strange one for sure, but at least they haven't damaged the screen or anything. As Craig says has to just be a software glitch. :crazy1:

Could get it reversed if it's a PITA.

Did notice it on mine after an update recently.
Would say they used a faulty Icon image in the firmware update as it appears in both the home page and the BT page or a programmer tried to be "Artistic"

At first i thought it was new artwork but the more it bugged me the more i realised it was either a bad attempt lol or something was not right. :faint:
