Steady as she goes for Hyundai (2nd best selling manufacturer ) and i30 (4th best selling vehicle) my new Camry is climbing the charts nicely.  :D

That story is interesting.
It claims to precede the official figures due for release the next day (which was yesterday).
But I haven't seen them yet.  :crazy1:

Interesting too that Kia is at #5 in manufacturer sales but only one of its models shows in the top 10 (near the bottom).

Worst November since 2008. Govt stats can make any economy look good but car sales are have always been a reliable barometer of the state of an economy and consumer confidence

I've added a more accurate updated link in the 1st post. Some bad and good news in that one.

With full november figures now available, Mitsubishi actually pipped Hyundai for 2nd place (not by much)

But the good new is the Kona outsold the Mazda CX3 and the ASX by a good margin in November.  :goodjob:

With my boots actually on the ground and with 40 odd years in the trade, I dont need to read  government drivel or a 'isn't this a jolly wonderful model' publication from an industry paid stooge who can barely drive.

The economic downward spiral has been on display for several years. Empty shops are also clear indicator.
 Its a simple equation that election-time greed masks.
 When people at the bottom of the heap dont have money to spend,  the so called 'clever people' up top have to close their doors.
