Title: Auto Link not working
Post by: JacobT89 on March 03, 2020, 03:47:22
Has anyone experienced any issues with Auto Link where it's just not recording anything and there's no data whatsoever under Driving Dashboard?

It worked at first for about a week, then I updated my iOS to 13.3.1 and I also did a software update for the module and I believe from that point on it's just stopped working. Bluetooth is on and when I use the module diagnosis functions to check for any issues with the Bluetooth, none are showing up.

And while I'm here, has anyone found out if it's possible to upgrade to Auto Link Premium? Or can you only get that with certain cars?

Autolink premium is limited to a couple of select higher models only I believe. Pretty sure you can't upgrade.

I found Autolink very buggy in my 2017 SR - was never able to establish if it was the app or my Samsung S8 Phone.

How did you update the OBDII module? I would have thought that this would have been a Hyundai Service job personally.

With the app. Under Configuration, Module Diagnosis, Software Update (Module).

Ah okay, the AutoLink Premium doesn't have that option ..
