Title: Integrated DVD/headrest
Post by: eyecon on May 16, 2010, 14:26:25
I put another video up of my integrated DVD headrest. Even though it looks permanent I installed in such a way so that I can remove it with ease in case I wanted to transfer it to another vehicle. Its a 12volt supply which plugs it to the 120W plug (next to the cigarette lighter). Plugging it straight into the cigarette lighter causes an overload and blows the fuse. I'm thinking maybe I should have taken the video in daylight.

Funny thing about that. I bought the headrests for our long trip up to Queensland. You know what? They probably only watched 2 movies there and back. The rest of the time they played their bloody DS's, listened to CDs, and had naps. My eldest daughter also gets car sick from looking at the screen, so it was a waste of money really. I use the DVD players more than they do. I thought my kids would be like your kids.

lol thats a reasonable enough argument! probably better than my dads one...

which was "your turn to was the car, because you drove it/want to drive it/are thinking of driving it/looked at it wrong" LOL ahh the joys of being 16 and having your learners, you will do practically anything for a drive...
