Title: Window regulator failure
Post by: KKOM on March 12, 2020, 11:57:18
Hi, my driver's window broke down and needs window regulator replacement. In my small research I made on the internet, I found the regulator from VALEO (851378 mod.)  :link: Automotive aftermarket | Valeo Service (https://www.valeoservice.com/en-com/techassist/product/206687953/about?modId=6442&manuId=183&linkingTargetId=28579&articleLinkId=206688292&search=car&country=GB&vehicleType=P#) the most compatible with my window auto switch (comfort function) and from the picture looks for me better than the OEM because the cables in VALEO are protected. Did anyone from here has replace it with the VALEO?
Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing this is the FD series?

I've done several of mine now simply purchasing an aftermarket clip. They're lasting well too.

likely won't need all this , with mine it's been just the one that breaks where the glass is heaviest
