Title: 2018 i30 Active DRL LED loose
Post by: Hotzey on May 18, 2020, 12:47:45
I have a 2018 i30 Active. My problem is that the driver's side DRL led is loose and the bottom half can be pushed in.
Has anyone replaced the DRL or know how to access it?

To take the bumper off is two screws in the wheel arches then about 15 pop out screws things. Then disconnect the drl wires. Takes about 10 mins then you can access the drl. Make sure you support the bumper as it comes off and have something for it to lay on so it doesn't get scratched up.

Or its still under warranty just bring it to Hyundai and they might do it for you for free as out shouldn't just fall out.

No need to remove the bumper, just the inspection cover underneath is enough to get access.
