Only on the passenger side the b pillar is losing its blackness. Has anyone had that? Its a 2018 model so not too old. Do you think Hyundai would replace it?
I'm still waiting since December for Hyundai to call my car in for warranty work replacing the faulty steering column that they said was required. So my hopes of them actually fixing faded b pillars is low

Any pictures? I noticed my driver side was a bit patchy but not too far gone yet.

This first picture is the faded passenger side. I brought the car new March 2019 so wouldn't expect this sort of what I'm guessing is sun damage already.

This one is the drivers side which is still great. I would think the drivers side would be worse off if anything as its the door that gets opened 90% of the time.

That definitely does not look like standard 'wear and tear'. The issue on my diver's side pillar is a lot, lot less worse than the least affected pillar on your passenger side doors and my car is 2 years older than yours.
To me it looks like it is within your Australian consumer rights to ask for a replacement on a 1.5 year old car, but I'll leave it some more knowledgeable people here to chime in and maybe provide a DIY fix.
Is there a chance you may have spilled something there, even washer fluid? Reason is that it looks slightly 'splash' patchy from droplets.

On my phone at 5.45 am it's hard to judge but any visual deterioration in a car of that age is unacceptable and should be at least noted and flagged for replacement under the warranty. I'd definitely be asking the question.
