Was lucky enough to find an old newspaper with May 2010 sales figures (that I couldn't find on the net!)
i30 number 7 best seller only a few behind 5th and 6th...
The "other" brands have started to advertise fairly hard with the end of the financial year looming....

Toyota have just introduced a 5 year warranty here, to try to start selling some cars again.

Their sales have been largely uneffected by the recall debarcle over here so I don't reckon that will happen over here...

No. But they have introduced fixed price servicing ($130).
It's having an effect on after market service/ repairers.

haha there is a strange satisfaction in seeing the sales figures for the month you bought your car - but on the other hand I find it depressing to see how many thousands of other people also have brand new cars... :neutral:
