Hi, recently (a few months ago) my audio stops and then starts. It has no pattern - sometimes the radio will stop after a few seconds from starting the car, other times it might be 5-10 minutes later. It can then restart within minutes or be quite some time. The visual display doesn't turn off, so it looks all normal but no sound. Could it be speaker issues or wiring? Would it be expensive (labour intensive) to find out? It's not just radio, it's any audio input.

From what you're describing, I'd be checking the connection between radio and speakers.
