Today I installed some Prorack Aero bars to Bertie.

I went with S16 'through bars' rather than flush as I think I want an awning when travelling for the kids.

The fitting kit took an age to get here, ordered in early march and arrived Thursday.

I have a tray to install for a roof bag when travelling, I will test fit this afternoon  but it won't live on there permanently like these.

Fitting was a breeze, instructions left a lot to be desired but pictures were large enough to work out what was going on.

These are the same as Yakima or Whispbar - all the same product with a different label.

As always, no price to provide due to discount but rrp is about $420. The bars are often on sale for 20% off.

Took a trip to bunnings this afternoon. Took the family, not solo with ute as usual. Got a 3.6m piece of wood on the Rola Vortex tray no worries, didn't even hang out enough for a flag like the ute would have needed (without the trailer). Happy camper
