I went off Jeremy Clarkson many years ago when Top Gear transformed from being an interesting and useful motoring programme into a laddish, loutish, lousy petrol heads crazy adventure fest.
My wife Libby has never liked him - considering him a total oaf.
That has changed.
There was a glowing newspaper review of his hilarious videos when he bought a farm in the Cotswolds and tried to farm it himself. Having nothing better to do and with bloody football saturating the evening TV, we resorted to taking a look at it on our TV. I am a member of Amazon Prime so you get it for nowt.
I have not belly laughed at a TV programme for years - we both did last night. It is a feast of farming disasters that is utterly hilarious. It was so good - we watched the first 3 of 8 episodes on the trot and thus didn't get to bed until nearly 1.00 am
If you have Amazon Prime - even if you don't like J.C - take a peek. You might get a hilarious surprise.

Thanks for the reminder :) I fully intended to binge watch this, having seen some clips over the 3 or so years it took to film.
Actually, I think I'll watch ep1 right now.

I went off him as I found Top Gear, was to me, just becoming a slot filler.
I've watched the first 2 episodes and found it very hilarious and the way he interacts with the young lad who is helping him out absolutely brill.

I too cannot stand the idiot overgrown grammer school buffoon.
However I too have prime, so I shall give it a go the next time I am bored to tears and as and when my faltering memory allows :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob:

Put plenty of Moisturiser on your face to stop your skin from cracking when you can't stop laughing.

When the footie's finished, I shall watch "Sheeping" with much anticipation :D

I watched them all last week and thought it was really well done.
Good to see Clarkson acting more like himself than the "testosterone man" character he puts on when doing car shows.

I watched the first one and yes it raised a titter... Laurel and Hardy style comedy never really appealed to me, even when Laurel and Hardy did it first time round. It minded me of the piano skit on the long flight of stairs. I imagine he will be a bit miffed about the brexit debacle. Dyson has made an absolute fortune from the EU. Dyson owns half the land in the midlands and has claimed the farming subsidy every year for ages and ages, which runs too many millions. Poor old Clarkson has come to the EU subsidy late . I'll give it another go later today, once I've watched the rugby (LEAGUE) :goodjob: :goodjob:
