Title: 'Psychic' octopus picks Gillard as election winner

An Australian newspaper has taken a leaf out of the football World Cup play book, unveiling its own "psychic" octopus that it says has predicted Prime Minister Julia Gillard will win next month's poll.

Why bother voting just let the octopus choose!

It wouldn't take an octupus to work that out...She has jammed in an election B4 her popularity takes a dive.... :rolleyes:

Aussie election debate shifted for 'Masterchef'

Sunday's debate was moved forward an hour to 6:30 pm, the ruling Labor party's campaign manager said. The change followed concerns that too many viewers would watch the Masterchef finale instead.

There is not much difference between the two major parties these days and neither of the leaders would look that good in budgie smugglers... :lol:
