Hyundai has cleaned up its i20 hatchback by giving the engines a tweak and making a change to the car's aerodynamics by adding a small spoiler under the front bumper.

The 1.2-litre petrol engine, which is the best-seller, has had its emissions dropped to 119g/km which makes it cheaper to tax (£30) and the 65bhp diesel is now down to 110g/km. Inside the car, Bluetooth is now standard on all models except the entry-level Classic and the instrument illumination is now blue instead of red. The i20 is available now from £9,520.
