Title: Front blue leds functional?

Hi all ... I have a brand new Hyundai i30 (3 months old) and I have a question regarding the blue led circle around the front light. Is there an option to turn them on or are they just for design purpose? I'll attach a picture to see what i mean.

Sorry if this was already asked ... I'm kind of a newbie at this car thingy. :)

They are Projector lights.. the middle bit lets the light through the Blue ring is just for decoration when they are off...

You can get 'angel eye' LED's that fit into the current lamps.
I've seen them around on some korean websites.  Or you can replace the whole unit.
A few people here have done it.
