Title: Black Dots on Windscreen

I guess we have all seen the band of black dots around the peripery of the windcreen and some side windows. Some will know why they are there. Some like me have often wondered why - but have not ventured to find out.

Today I was again curious and decided to have a chat with my mate Google

And here I was thinking those black dots were just floaters in my eye.  :wink:
