Evening all. Here's an interesting (It's not really) one.
2 days ago, the Cry-30 1.6 CRDi 2011 let us down, and wouldn't start on a cold morning. First time it's done it too. (Good excuse to go to work in the Yaris though - so cannot moan).
Charged up the Hyundai Battery (027/005 - 3.5 year old Exide I believe) and started fine just now. Decided to do a voltage check via my OBDII reader.
No matter what revs, 14.8 volts. Seems high.
Have I got a knackered voltage rectifier in the Alt and now a fried battery?
