Hi all,
I thought I would share my experiance with an issue I had recently. I search the forum as was unable to find a thread that seemed related with any solutions.
Problems
Stuttering while in Drive at idle. Revs would drop and the car would shake as they picked up.
Hesitation while accelerating. Worse while the engie was under load. Often triggered when using partial throttle.
All of the above would get worse once the car was at operating temperature.
All of the above would get even worse on hot days (over 30 deg celcius)
Troubleshoting
I scanned using an OBD2 scanner. No codes presented.
I checed misfire data on all cylinders. Cylinder 1 and 2 had a handful of missfires, cylinder 3 had zero misfires, and cylinder 4 had 300+ misfires.
I replaced the spark plugs and test drove. The car was noticably better buty still bad.
Solution
I replaced the coil on cylinder 4 and the problem is now fixed!!!
Well... I'm a few days in and the problem is startign to present itself again. I've check the misfres with my scanner, and cylinder 2 is getting bad now. I've order 3 new coils to put the prblem to bed.
Anyway, I hope this can help somone out there.

As Shambles said, thanks for sharing your problem and your troubleshooting. Hope you will post the results after replacing the other three ignition coils.
