Title: Hyundai i30 (2010) strange issue?
Post by: BibiBerries on January 29, 2025, 12:57:50
Hi all 👋,
Have a strange issue with my car immobiliser on my Hyundai i30 2010 (59):-
- Can jumpstart car but when switch off engine the car with key symbol stays on permanently (not flickering).
- Car cranks but doesn't start with key.
- Auto Locksmith doesn't think ECU / immobiliser reprograming issue.
- New fully charged battery & new batteries in keys.
- Jumpstarts after a few goes with both of my keys so?
- I can open the doors with both of my car keys.
- Recently had a parking (passenger side) lightbulb change..

Anyone got any clues as to what the root cause/problem is?? 🤔
