Title: 2018 i30 Nav system no longer showing traffic status or info

Hi there! I have a 2018 i30 Tourer which I have been connecting the nav system to my mobile phone hotspot to get live traffic updates and status (the colour path routing on the map, that sort of thing). About 2 months ago the traffic updates and status stopped working, and now I just get a grey path to follow and whenever I check traffic info I get a message which reads "Reception of data is delayed. Please check your mobile network connection."

I have updated the satnav firmware and I have tried a coupe of different mobiles phones, all with the same result.

I was wondering if anyone else had come a cross this issue, and if so what the solution might be? Many thanks in advance!

I came across this post on a Google search, because a couple of weeks ago my 2018 TUCSON started doing *exactly* this. No traffic information, no green / amber / red route, no live petrol or anything... "Reception of data is delayed...". But the car is connecting to the iPhone's hotspot as before, and Car Play is working fine.

And, like you, I have tried different phones and I have reinstalled the (latest) car firmware.

Did you ever solve it?
