Hi,
It happened! My car passed the first stage of mechanical and visual tuning before turbo installation in the future.
Stylistic changes:
- Dimming windows: rear side, rear by 3M foil;
- Modification of the front chrome grill;
- New Alloy wheels, from MOMO Italy company 16";
- New, drilled and incised brakes discs from GT MIKODA + red brakes calipers;

Mechanical modifications:
- Installation of sporting exhaust manifold (INOX) a termic bandage wrapped with a new gasket;
- Installation of sporting metallic catalytic converter with a higher flow (Euro2);
- Installation of a complete inox exhaust with two sports silencers (diameter adapted for mounting the turbo in the future);
- Modification of the throttle to obtain maximum opening;
- Throttle off heat;
- Installation of the electronic control unit for engine steering (POWER-TEC by ZASTEC);
- Tuning the car on a dynamometer;
Measurement after modifications:
Power: 163 HP
Torque 215 Nm

A few words of comment:
All changes made in the tuning company - ZASTEC in Lodz (Poland) (have considerable experience with the Hyundai brand cars).
Performed several tests with different versions of the intake air systems, but in the end was a series, with a mounted sport K & N filter. Standard air intake system is perfectly sufficient.

Wow 163hp. very nice thanks for info on k&n filter with standard intake.

163hp with just a custom exhaust and some Dyno tuning???
did you really started from a stock 2.0L 138hp engine?
Are you getting any CEL from that custom exhaust(especially the High Flow CAT)?
we'll need some sound clips of that setup
the dyno sheet is quite linear, this was a really good tune( is the Power-TEC some sort of ECU piggyback or ECU FLash?)
