Title: Rear hatch doesn't unlock.

HYUNDAI i30 kombi (GD) 1.6 CRDi (110Hk) Station Wagon

I have an issue with the rearhatch not unlocking with the keyfob.

There's no fysical keyhole in the back hatch, so it can only be unlocked via the keyfob, which doesn't work. Unlocking the drivers door with the key, doesn't unlock the rear hatch either.
On occasions, when I put the key in the ignition, and turn on the power, the "American lock" will click, and I can hear the rear hatch clicking on and off for 20 seconds.... If I have a person ready behind the car, they can often open the hatch when this happens.

It somehow seems the rear hatch is not linked to the central locking system anymore, but it sometimes works with the "American Lock".

Any Ideas?
