I just clicked an image in the forum and was directed to :link: ImgBB — Upload Image — Free Image Hosting (https://imgbb.com/) and asked to set up an account.
This is new and unacceptable.
Maybe the forum needs to seek an alternative to imgBB ?

Hi.
I wasn't aware that ImgBB was charging to view images. Does the image below ask for an account to be setup?

It's quite possible that the actual image URL has been wrapped with a link to ImgBB.
When I upload images (as above) I always remove the URL that was automatically added.
Can you link to the post that gave rise to the issue? Thanks @Greyhound

This is the post and the image of ball joint, which when clicked on, caused demand for imgBB account, and still does. :link: I30 FD lower arm ball joint torque spec? (https://i30ownersclub.com/index.php?topic=66901.msg525859;topicseen#new)
Other images above do not seem to do that.
I will investigate further and post an edit here if I find anything more.

Yeah, well I was right.
When these images get "auto-posted" to our forum, the uploader sometimes wraps the image link with a URL tag (a kind of advertising). Removing (as I mentioned that I do) that "URL wrap" sorts the issue.
Thanks for reporting it; I'll remove advertising wraps as I see them being posted, or reported.
