Hello,
The engine is 1.4 G4FA 2011 , after it gets warm the idle start to drop sharply every 2-3 second from ~700 to 600rpm, a little more with AC on.
Also there is a metalic sound around 1500-2000rpm when the engine is cold,  the only connection would be a jumped timing chain by a tooth and/or stretched chain

I already cleaned the throttle body and changed the spark plugs, no change..

The ODB scanner doesn't show any related code or misfire.  Just a very high retard on cylinder # 3  .

Decided to take a look under the rocker cover and I can move up and down the chain about 1/2 inch , when the intake cam lobe reaches the tappets the chain gets loose , after it passes it gets tight again, I can see about 6-7 teeth on the chain stretcher..
I am not sure that this is normal or not considering there is no oil pressure when the engine is not on

Is there any doubt that something else would cause these issues?
