I thought of posting this in the 'Problems and Issues' area, because I know I have a problem - it's an irresistable urge to fit cheap cr*p to my cars. Most of the time I resist it, but occasionally the urge is too strong. Then it gets worse, because I usually think it looks quite nice!

I am currently fighting the urge to paint the brake calipers red  <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt=":shock:" title="Shocked" />

Please help me.

Yeah peterlee, but thats pink, not red.
And if red makes a car go faster, does the red brake calipers make it stop quicker? Coulb be something in this!!!

Looking at your red/pink thingy on the aerial reminds me of the phrase "Chase Me"

That new, slimline, aerial must surely count towards a performance gain. Did you notify your insurers

i30manUK,

What I  want to know is, "Does it work?".  

Like, does it improve reception?  Or, are you like me and only listen to music from a USB memory stick and therefore don't give a **** about radio reception.

Actually, I think it looks kinda cool, but then again, my kids are always critical of my fashion sense.

Yes Bob - surprisingly, although it's cheap ebay cr*p, it works well - I tried all my pre-sets (including one that can have dodgy reception) and it worked fine - I wouldn't have swapped it otherwise because I like to have all the audio options available! Sorry - am I encouraging you to spend more money?  

...as for the red tip, it also comes with a blue and a black one, because us girls need to match our outfits, don't we?
