Title: Aftermarket Dampers, aftermarket brake pads
Post by: wisconsin-autocrosser on January 16, 2011, 21:36:45
Are there any quality brands made that are sold in Oz or in Europe.  The North American choices are Monroe and OE.  Twould be nice to get some Bilsteins, Konis etc.  How about coilovers--I have seen Ksports and D2--?

How about brake pads?  What is the hot setup for a performance pad?

:D I have used EBC 'Greenstuff' pads in my last ss ute, did'nt like the braking feel of the standard system. Put in slotted rotors & EBC greenstuff pads on the front, had better feel & braking after this modification. Also did this due to towing a heavy trailer for work 5-6 days a week. When my wifes i30 is due for pads, i will be installing greenstuf pads, also own a new 4x4 & will put greenstuff in this , when due. Run EBC redstuff pads in my wr450 dirtbike also.
Hope this helps.
Cheers Bloodnut. :D
