Well what happened to the 1p off fuel.
Garages around here put prices up on Monday by an average of 2p and then brought them down by 1p so is this another great CON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
I'd be p'd off too :-\

Yep it's all over the news today. My local BP had diesel running at 139.9p/L the day before the budget. Next morning (budget day) it was changed to 140.9p, then unsurprisingly, got reduced at 6pm (budget mandate) to 139.9p/L
Some kinda con going on there
But I don't care - I used the supermarket fuel at 133.9p/L
Hey you guys down Oz! How would you like to be paying 2.19AUD for your litre of diesel eh?
-
i would be extremely p'd off paying that for diesel in my car, that's because my cars are petrol. :winker:

but on a serious side, our diesel is usually only 5-10c more than petrol. at the moment its about $1.40 per liter.

$2.14,and diesel is pretty much a lower end fuel compared to petrol in its refining process.
-
However it contains more energy than petrol.

Ours is $1.69. The joys of living out the back of woop-woop. Oh, and today went and got 5 litres of Castrol 15w-40 for hubby's wagon...$50!!! It is $35 at Supercheap in Perth.
