Just came across a "snippet" about  a new Ad that might  be of interest. It was posted by the group doing the ad. Pity there was no trailer as yet , but  I will post it anyway.

Cutting Edge completes campaign for Hyundai

Cutting Edge has announced its involvement in the latest Hyundai i30 campaign.

This latest TVC for Hyundai took Cutting Edge VFX supervisor Jeff Gaunt to Mount Wellington in Tasmania; a balloon festival in the Philippines; the Bullet Train yards in Tokyo; the grand fountains of Dubai Mall and Mt Gravatt in Brisbane.

Working jointly with director Brendan Williams and Scott Lambert of ad agency Innocean, the team worked for more than a month across four continents shooting time-lapse photography with up to six Canon 5D and 7D cameras.

"I love the Innovative and creative mix that we have been able to deliver in this commercial," says Gaunt.

"Initially we wanted to shoot everything in camera but on a shoot of this scale, the crew was faced with some extreme weather conditions.

"This opened the way for a couple of key shots to be completed with some additional plates shot in studio to finish the commercial. The benchmark for the post production shots were extremely high as they needed to match into some stunning cinematography."


 Not sure when it will be released.  Sounds HI Tech and interesting.    :goodjob:

Been on TV the last couple of nights.
Pretty spectacular and pushes the three consecutive years of Best Small Car Awards.

Had a good look at the Add tonight.. very professional   :goodjob: (Bit cheeky how they show an integrated flip up GPS on the top of the dash though) :exclaim:

i bet the add has in small print at the bottom of the screen........ overseas model shown.  :razz:
