Title: Comma Air Conditioning Cleaner

Not sure if this is posted in the correct section, but it is for servicing the air con system.

As the subject, has anybody used Comma Air Conditioning Cleaner.  If so was it any good. I want to use it in my Volvo C30 not i30 as the air con smells after its been on. Volvo dealer says they can do the job for £70+vat

The Comma Air Conditioning Cleaner can be purchased for £9 of ebay or £12 from Halfords.

Or any other comments welcome on the subject  :)

I've never had a car that the aircon had bad smells,or any smell at all. most modern cars have a filter under the dashboard similar to the i30. has a Volvo got one? that could be your source of the bad smell.  :idea: how does the cleaner/deodoriser work?  :confused:

I had the same problem with the AC on my BMW.
The drain plug for the AC was clogged.
