Hi all,
Bought my SR back in February this year, it was the last one available at the time and even though I was thinking of getting a black one I found myself really liking the silver once I saw it in person.
I have zero issues with the car; it feels great, drives great, looks like a BMW 1 Series and is amazing efficient.
I've seen some of those LED tail lights and am almost tempted to get some but I think the wife would kill me

Hi bez10y, welcome aboard!

Welcome to the club Simon.
Where are you from?
Nice choice of car. The Sr really does look great in silver. That is no doubt why Hyundai use the silver SR on their product prochures and tv commercials.
:D

Hehe, I saw your profile image over on the hyundai-forums dazzling_darryl, it's pretty classy but I notice some "extra" lighting on the side mirrors :)

Heya peeps.
Been ages since I've posted. I have been lurking though.
Funny thing happened to me on the 8th of March, my appendix decided it didn't want to be associated with me anymore and wanted out. After a visit to emergency at Westmead hospital I ended up spending three days in there after they removed a rather angry and inflamed appendix. I then spent 2 weeks at home recovering and last week was on light duties here at work. Am now a lot better except the wife has given me a cold so coughing hurts the stomach muscles.
They don't give you the big cut anymore, it's all done via keyhole surgery so there's less downtime for the old body.
One thing that's been hard has been driving, road bumps tend to hurt a bit but thankfully the seats in the i30 SR keep you held nice and firm so it's been reasonable.
Anyway, enough ranting. Time for more lurking ;)
