ok picked up my crdi today- hate with esp on you cant ride the brake and stall the engine up onto boost like other auto cars... :faint:
it cuts power for 2 sec or something like alfas...
well i took a u turn sharply and the power cut out to the car and the battery and eps light came on, i coasted to the side, put it in N as its an auto then restatred fine.
any one heard or had similar issue? got told the replaced the steering column in it under warranty as the earlier models are known for the steering knucle to clunk.
im hoping i havent bought a dud. :-\

Hi Unfamilia...
The only time I have made the ESP and traction control work was during the icy weather of last winter.... This leads me to believe you've been driving like 'Crazy Horse' (no offence intended)... If you want to do hand brake turns et al, you can always disable the ESP... dunno about the traction controll tho......
These features are great for an old dodderer like me who seldom gets out of third gear :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob:
The thing is, are you still enjoying the car ????? :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance:
