TRAFFIC wardens have gone to great lengths to catch unwary drivers

A motorist must feel the most persecuted motorist in Britain after he was given a £110 parking fine – for being stuck in a jam.

He was sent the ticket even though the photographic “evidence” sent to him clearly shows he was gridlocked with other cars, all with their brake lights on.
