Tinnitus here too 
Need therapy or treatment ? No.
Its just irritating when going to sleep and you don't get sleep and theres utter silence 

I got it from playing drums when I was starting to play back in 1987. Of course the listening is harder now and without tests I know its lowered.

Last summer I got an ergonomic pillow and there was option for small pillow speakers 
Needless to say the pillows been a godsent for me, my neck is better now and I fall asleep listening to radio or music from my phone.

you can go and see an audio specialist and they will try and work out the frequency of your noise. Then they will give you ear plugs that send out a frequency to nullify your frequency and hopefully the result is no ringing in the ears ...hopefully

yeah i'm still young , 20 years young, but sure we're all young, at heart

Being slightly tanned gives a better standing against the sun that others aswell.. and my hearing seems okay, (can you repeat what you said,, huh? what?)

Would like to add I bough a 3rd subwoofer for the car... its a little too Bassy.. il get pictures in the future

It is all too easy when you are young to enjoy very loud music - discotheques and night clubs especially. You don't notice it at the time, but high noise levels slowly and insidiously damage your hearing. It hits you later in life and you then regret exposing yourself to it when young. I honestly believe that the atandard speakers in a car are more than powerful enough to damage your hearing - adding larger ones is a recipe for disaster.

Discotheques started to go out of fashion by the late-1970s to early-1980s along with Bell Botton trousers.

Today, the original men's bell bottom pants and flares from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s are collectible vintage clothing items. Worn by men to attend retro theme disco parties, worn in retro revival bands,

But I've still got mine as they will come in handy when they come back into fashion

I see it is an Oz shop and being so far from the UK, I take it they have just caught up with the 1960's fashion..
