My 2009 i30 has a problem with the drivers door.

I can't open the drivers door from inside, the cable seems to have dropped or broken, is this covered under warranty? If not how can I fix it?

Depends on the length of your warranty in your location. If it is still covered, then it would be a warranty job IMO.
