Yeah, some guy egged my beaut black i30 last Friday night!!

I was parked out the front of my mate's house until about 11pm, drove home, totally unaware of the split egg on my DRIVER'S side door, and some of the side mirror. I really have no idea how I missed it, even though I just washed it.

Anywho, I parked out the front of my house and Saturday morning, almost 12 hours after the egging happened, I realise there is an egg caked onto the paintwork. The sun had been on it for a few hours. But what really pi***d me off is that I cleaned it all off, but there is minor paint damage, and I need to give it a cut and polish and get the paint matched by a car detailer.

Urgh.  Will post pics later.

I feel your pain Duckman. Total scrotes. I got a tub of [what has since turned out to be no more nails] chucked all the way down my side panels. Has caused damage which I can't completely cure without a bodyshop fix

Yeah I mentioned it here. Still fuming each time I see the deep scuff and discolored paintwork

I think I'd rather have Duckman's egging than this. I washed it off within 5 mins of it happening (drivers door + passenger door + over rear wheel arch) but missed some bits which have grabbed onto the paintwork and will need chiselling off in some way

Good luck with the cutting & paint repair Duckman

Sorry to hear that Shambles and Duckman, i've never had anything thrown at any car or truck i have owned yet. don't know why people do things like that. but i'm sure it's a mental problem they have.
cheers
