Note that the first site you linked was rated dangerous with hidden scripts, going direct to justuno.com is rated as "critical" from my tests.

A good antivirus with an efficient web shield that can pre-scan websites/http links for malicious content would only partially help your cause, additional programs such as Adguard who's sole purpose is to detect such anomalies and are capable of scanning http and https plus auto blocking of known malicious sites and content and give detailed information of detections.

Malwarebytes paid version "malicious website protection" can also help in stoping a lot of these nasties getting through if your AV fails to detect.

The website concerned sells vehicle parts, and must be  used by many people some of whom, it seems, you are suggesting must have now infected their computers.  I have again, today, used it directly, to order bulbs and a second time, via a  fleabay link, (cheaper that way) to order more items.  So far, nothing untoward  coming up. So, how do I detect these particular hidden scripts?

And should I inform them that you are advising  people not to use it or just that their website is dodgy?

I am no computer geek, far from it, but I do understand the principle that you put forward in your last sentence and have always tried to follow it.

You can inform them of the suspect scripting on their website if you wish, they may not even realise it or they could possibly allow for a price those scrips to be put there for advertising and data collection.
