What, that's illegal??? Hell, here in Oz, particularly here in Victoria, the guy with the camera would've been fined...

Possibly the truck too (well the driver of the truck). And any eye witnesses may have had some explaining to do as well.

Shame the dash cam wasn't one that also showed the rear view.
Surely there must have been more to this.
Perhaps old mate with the dash cam cut off the offender who cracked the shits big time and decided to undertake???
Certainly had some speed up which makes me think he was committed to overtaking dash cam car and then went left instead of a triple pass.
