A classic sign i found whilst in Kyoto (Japan) It was on a drink vending machine in the gardens surrounding a Castle.

First two sentences must be;

Please do not enter the castle while drinking.

Put the cap on and put it in a bag for carrying whilst touring the castle.

PET is the plastic used for drinks bottles and cap, it stands for Polyethylene terephthalate.

Yeah, thats pretty much what i thought too. No idea who the chief was and i am sure there are plenty of things he doesn't have lol
