I have recently noticed my idle is intermittently rough( fluctuates up and down in revs by around 100 rpm) also the engine has started to rumble slightly under heavy acceleration and the engine sounds slightly rougher in general.
I have already checked the maf sensor to the best of my knowledge it seems okay and there's no obvious vacume leaks anywhere.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
