I'm trying to update the satnav on my i30. I've downloaded the updater, I've got the correct size of SD card (32GB) but whenever I try to download the software to either the  hard drive on my Mac or the SD card, I get a message saying to close the firewall or security program & try again.

I've tried turning off the firewall and Bitdefender but to no avail.

Can anyone help please?
