My first car was a 1968 440 cortina with 100,000 miles on it..
@John B,I used to get to work quicker than returning home, as it was SLIGHTLY uphill, on the return journey.
It wasn't a chick magnet though...
Damn nice looking car.The colour is very similar to my wife's Corolla.

A mate of mine in those days had well off parents and he had a Ford Zephyr ( bloody show off ) and it had a radio in it.
