I'm not familiar with exactly how they work. As you can see, the powerpack feeds 1 input and the other output goes up to an antenna selector, some switches and then the other TV outlets. Don't know much more than that, I'm not an expert on this sort of stuff. I did pay for a professional to have a look but that was a complete waste of money, so not going down that path again. I rather just try to replace the powerpack to keep costs down. TV in our house has cost heaps over the last 4 years, not wasting too much more $ on equipment.
