I had that in my Signature from when we had a Hybrid and an i30. The Calais is big and comfy with lots of power and isn't actually that bad on fuel (about the same as an Auto 1.8 litre petrol i30) + we have the smaller 1.6 Wagon which is both economical and versatile!

All purely compensatory. :whistler:

That is because your car uses bugger all, and you walk to work. Somebody has to keep me in a job, Gonz, you definitely don't help!

Hi ryangus!

I've got a 2009 and 2014 i30 diesel

Both diesels are great on fuel. After 20,000km I get 4.5-4.9 using it in peak hour traffic (no faster than 60km/h)

The torque on them is great! You'd be surprised at what they're capable of towing without fuss
