This is an aerial view of Old Sarum, near Salisbury UK. If you ever get the chance to go there and tour around it, do so. A very impressive place with about 5,000 years of human history. There's a novel by Edward Rutherfurd, called "Sarum". It is an excellent read.



This view of the mouth of Currumbin Creek on Queensland's Gold Coast, with the surf peeling across the front of Currumbin Rock is beautiful. It's where I grew up and I went to Currumbin Primary School just behind the photographer's POV. A beautiful part of the world. Just too crowded these days.

Ahhh The Alley, a lovley part of the world, I also quite like the Surf club....Dont think there would be too many closer to the water....

My parents had a unit at The Rocks Resort just around the corner and we used it as a base when we moved up in 1988....My brother also went to Currumbin PS.

It's further up the creek now. Used to be on the creek beside the (at the time) only bridge over the creek. Corner of Thrower Drive and Duringan St.
