New system is called Green Light Optimal Speed Advisory

It uses information for traffic light timings from roadside units to tell a driver what speed to travel at for so the light goes to green

If a red light is unavoidable, the system says how long you have to wait before it turn green

Tech is part of the UK Autodrive trial which is also testing automated overtaking on UK roads
