I’ve had my 2017 i30 SR for about 2 months now. Although I am really enjoying the performance, I am looking for just a little bit more performance and a bit more noise. I don’t really want to spend thousands but I’m just looking for some advice on where to start and what will work best.

There has been some work done with intakes and exhausts reported on here. I'm about to get some shuteye, but if someone doesn't share a couple of thread links for you on here tonight I'll do it in the morning.

Welcome hazdang the cheapest way to get what you're wanting would be a simple muffler change like mentioned below, then follow with a RaceChip once they've been released for the Australian turbo petrol models.

One of the better exhaust upgrades imo Fitted: Rear exhaust i30 ST 1.6lt Turbo.
